Coyote Gulch, Utah 2012

I first hiked Coyote Gulch in the early 80s when it was harder to get to and completely uncrowded – you’d see a few people a day. Now it’s quite a bit more crowded, but worth a visit.

Prue helped carry my stuff.

Lots of pleasant stretches like this.
Tapestry wall. Coyote Gulch is most like what Glen Canyon was before it was flooded so we could have a river in Phoenix.
Good water from natural seep.
