PW2948. Rare Baccarat 1971 cane flower and stem on translucent aquamarine ground. One-of-a-kind. 1971B cane at foot of stem. Flat base etched with logo; engraved 180 (it was the 180th weight they made that year). Condition is excellent with light shelf wear. 3 3/16 inch diameter; 2 1/16 inches tall; one pound and six ounces.  $500    

PW2586. Baccarat. Magnum Limited Edition NUMBER 31 of 250. Butterfly and clematis on translucent aqua ground. This paperweight is pictured in Baccarat Paperweights by Paul Dunlop on page 187. Etched with the Baccarat logo on the base and engraved “31/250” and “1977”. 3 1/8 inch diameter; 2 5/16 inches tall; one pound and seven ounces. Condition is as if you took a time machine to a Parisian shop in 1977 and bought it new. $600

PW2650. Rare Baccarat 1974 apples and leaves over white ground. This is possibly one-of-a-kind, or they may have made a few—it’s not one of the seven limited editions for that year. It is similar to a pear weight they made the previous year. The apples are nice and round with a lot of color. Condition is excellent with slight shelfwear. Etched with the Baccarat logo on the base, engraved “137” “1974”, and a nonintrusive old collection number 65. 3 1/8 inch diameter; 2 inches tall; one pound and five ounces. $500

PW2656. Baccarat Museum Piece Limited Edition 1976 number 15/150. A wonderful large open lampwork rose set on a spiral filigree in a crystal base. This paperweight (this very one not just one of the other 149 made that year) is pictured in the Baccarat book on page 186. Signature cane in the ground “B1976”. Base etched with Baccarat logo and engraved “1976 15/150. 3 1/16 inch diameter; 2 3/16 inches tall; one pound and five ounces. $650

PW2660. Baccarat. Limited Edition NUMBER 108 of 175. Fleurs champetres. A bouquet with a red and white primrose, a white double clematis, and three blue forget-me-nots on an amethyst translucent ground. This paperweight is pictured in Baccarat Paperweights by Paul Dunlop on page 194. Etched with the Baccarat logo on the base and engraved “108/175” and “1982”. 3 1/8 inch diameter; 2 5/16 inches tall; one pound and seven ounces. Perfect dome and a light scratch on the basal rim. $600

PW2741. Baccarat 1983 Gentian on purple ground. A lovely rendition of this classical motif on a translucent purple-violet ground. Signature cane “B1983” in the ground. This paperweight is pictured in the most complete Baccarat book ever published, Baccarat Paperweights: Two Centuries of Beauty by Paul Dunlop. Engraved “54/175” and “1983”. 3 3/16 inch diameter; 2 3/8 inches tall; one pound and eight ounces. Condition is excellent/perfect. $600
